URETHANE PANEL
Pu Panel uses PU (polyurathane foams) insulation with a thermal conductivity coefficient of 0.020w/mk so heat insulation is guaranteed. Pu Panel is used as a construction material with high thermal insulation properties, is environmentally friendly and prevents condensation
With diverse and modern designs, it can meet all customer needs in terms of technical characteristics and high expertise. Besides, Pu Panel increases energy cost savings. Therefore, Panel Pu is used for many different purposes, bringing high value.
Characteristics of Panel urethane
Good insulation
PU panels have a thermal insulation system of 0.02w/m.k that is 50% lower than the insulation coefficient of panels with insulation layer of fiberglass cotton and EPS foam. Therefore, PU panels reduce heating costs like no other existing construction material can compare
Low hygroscopicity
Pu is made up of a hard vascular glass cell structure. Therefore, the ability to absorb water and vapor is very low and is maintained for a long time. PU insulation core is structurally very stable and does not shrink or degrade due to temperature.
Fire resistance
PU foam used as the insulation core ensures that the PU Panel has high thermal insulation properties and prevents condensation. The eight-hole structure is strong and the fire resistance is increased.
Installation is simple and cost-effective.
Pu panel is a hard, erectable material with a high-strength independent structure. In addition, Pu panels are easy to disassemble and install, saving construction time and costs
